Talk - Freedom in democratic education

Peter Roemeling (Nederland)

Freedom in democratic education is the principle of choosing what, when, where, how and with whom you want to learn and develop yourself. But what is freedom?

Freedom means not only the absence of restrictions, but also the power to make one's own decisions and take responsibility for those decisions. During this workshop we will explore the meaning of freedom within education and personal life. We will explore how freedom can support and challenge us in our learning and personal development. Through interactive discussions and practical examples, we will discover together how to balance freedom, responsibility and community needs.

Get inspired to start Excelling in Freedom. Join us and learn how you can authentically take charge of your own development.
